What are the benefits of a cleanse?

Cleansing rests the digestive system, it releases toxins from the body through the colon. It gives you more energy and increases your immunity.

What does “Cold Pressed” mean?

Cold-pressed juice refers to juicers that use a hydraulic press to extract juice from fruit and vegetables, as opposed to other methods, this method preserves all the nutritional value of the juice.

What's the difference between the 1-3-5 days cleanse?

The people who choose the one day cleanse want to try if they will be ok on the Juices, then they decide if they want to continue. The benefits are little in one day, so the more days you take, the more benefits you will feel.

What if I cannot finish the 6 bottles in one day?

You can keep the last 2 juices for the next day, or you can take less than 6 in one day. Choose your quantities if you like.

How do I choose my flavors?

If it’s your first time, we can choose your flavors for you. You should have all the different flavors during your cleanse to be able to fully benefit from all the different vitamins and minerals. If you dont like some of the flavors, you don’t have to choose them. If you know what you like, then you can choose and we can advise you also.

What if I want to eat during the Cleanse? Do you offer any meals with the juices?

There are many different ways to cleanse your body from toxins!! If you are not ready for a complete juice cleanse, start with our detox salads with juices for a few days, before you switch completely to juices. You can take 4 juices + 2 salads on the first day. 5 juices + 1 salad on the second day, and then go for 6 juices.

How long can my juices last?

You should preferably drink your juices in the same day of the pick-up or the next day. They are Cold Pressed , completely raw and unpasteurized. No additives/ No preservatives/ (Shake well before drinking)

What order am I supposed to drink my juices in?

They are numbered from 1 to 6, so it is best to follow the numbers.

How much do they cost?

  • 2 juices: 75sr // 4 juices: 150sr
  • 1-day cleanse (6 juices): 225sr
  • 3-day cleanse (18 juices): 675sr
  • 5-day cleanse (30 juices): 1125sr
  • 1 salad: 45sr
  • 4 juices + 2 salad: 240sr
  • 5 juices + 1 salad: 232sr

How many hours do I leave between the Juices?

Have a juice, every 2-3 hours

Can I have snacks with the 6 Juices?

Yes you can! Green vegetables, salads, few Almonds, vegetable broth.

Will I lose weight?

The most important thing is to get rid of the toxins that have been building up over time, in order to cleanse your body. As an added bonus, you will also loose weight if you need to. Over 3 days approx (1-2kg)/ 5 days approx (2-4kg).

Is the cleanse suitable for people who are underweight?

Yes! The healthy mix of fruits, vegetables and nut milks will help nourish your body and give it a vitamin and mineral boost which will help it gain wait in a healthy way. If you are underweight though, you should include the higher calorie juices in your cleanse.

How many calories are in a 1-day cleanse?

Around 1200 calories/ the calorie count for the individual juices is available, just let us know if you need it. Concerning the salads, the calorie count is on the label.

How often do I need to do a Cleanse?

Try our cleanse once, and see how it goes. If it’s your first time, start with 2-3 days and if you are happy with how you feel and the results, add more days.
Some people do 3 days or 5 days a month/ some do 1 day per week. Some repeat the 3-day cleanse on a weekly basis. There is no exact set rule, It all depends on you and your body.

Can I do a cleanse if I have diabetes?

Preferably not, because of the sugar in the fruit juice, but you should always check with your doctor first to see how many fruits you’re allowed per day. Please keep in mind, for our clients with diabetes, we can do a bespoke program, where we can remove the fruits from the juices. For example, Green Glo (No apple/ No pineapple). Dr Kale (No pineapple). Smooth as Almonds (No dates). Just let us know what you need.

Can I do a cleanse if I am lactose intolerant?

YES!!! There are absolutely NO animal products or Dairy in our juices or salads.

Can I do a cleanse if I have a gluten allergy?

Yes! We are gluten free. We don’t add anything to our juices. Absolutely NO additives and 100% vegan.

Where do I get my protein?

With our cleanse, you’ll receive protein from all the leafy greens as well as our Almond Mylks. Fruits, vegetables and almonds are rich in Amino acids. Amino acids are used in every cell of your body to build the proteins you need to survive.

Is it OK to exercise while cleansing?

Yes Please!! In order to help the body get rid of the toxins, you need to sweat. Try yoga, stretching, light walking, no heavy lifting (no weight training). Try to also use a dry brush to exfoliate the skin.

Will I lose muscle mass?

No, mainly because the diet is not free from protein, there are several sources of vegan protein in the cleanse. Secondly, muscles have cell memory and 3-12 days are not enough to lose muscle mass.

I breastfeed, can I do the cleanse?

More fluids in your diet mean more milk supply! The vitamins and minerals in the juices will be great for you and your milk. However, you should not stop eating and only take the juices with your regular meals as an additional source of vitamins.

Who is this cleanse suitable for?

Everybody! As it consists only of fresh organic fruit and vegetable juices and salads. However, if you are diabetic, pregnant, Or breastfeeding, please consult your doctor first.

What do I eat after the cleanse?

Be gentle on your system. Here are some suggestions on what to eat after your juice cleanse:

  • Eat raw fruits, raw (or lightly steamed) vegetables (mostly greens), and seeds.
  • Continue drinking fresh squeezed juice
  • Continue to hydrate with water and herbal teas.
  • Eat healthy salads (more raw than cooked).
  • Eat small portions of complex carbohydrates like brown rice or starchy vegetables like sweet potatoes.
  • Avoid simple carbohydrates like white bread, white rice and pasta.
  • Slowly Reintroduce lean meats and fish, eat very small portions.
  • After a few days, you can eat anything and everything you want in moderation. But:
  • Be careful with the quantities as your eating habits have changed and your stomach size has shrunk, don’t overload it.
  • Say no to sugar!
  • Eliminate processed food.
  • Replace white bread with whole grain.
  • Don’t eat junk food!

If I’m on medication, do I stop taking my medicine during the cleanse?

Absolutely not! Continue taking your medicine as usual. The cleanse is mainly fresh fruits and vegetables which means that it doesn’t have any counter indications with any medicine.

Is doing a juice cleanse difficult?

Juice cleanse of any kind requires commitment! But our cleanse is a nutritional cleanse, not a starvation fast. It is designed to feed your cells with delicious, low-calorie juices in order to create the best conditions for inner cleansing.

Nutritional cleanses are easy detox programs that can be done on your normal schedule, and incorporated into your daily life.
