cheating during the cleanse

The more closely you follow Cleanse and Glow’s juice cleanse program, the more you benefit. But if  you really,  MUST eat something, try these hunger curbing tips:                                                                                                                                      

  • a cup of warm vegetable broth
  • celery sticks
  • 8 raw almonds
  • a couple of cucumber slices
  • raw vegetables

You may find yourself craving salt, which is very normal. If you like, you can add a little pure salt (Sea Salt or Himalayan) to your juice to taste. Also, some people find that drinking the juices over ice helps. 

Remember: if you need to take them out with you, keep them in a cooler bag with an ice pack, they are best served cold.
